Comply with the process & determine to complete production plan

After the New Year reunion, from 6th January in lunar calendar, all staffs and workers in Kinh Do Company returned to work in the bustling atmosphere of the early days of spring and the excitement of the very successful year 2009. Particularly in the factories, the production was launched from 4th and 5th January through stages: preparation of raw materials, finished products, cleaning machines, factory ... to ensure the official operation activities on the 6th.  Our general sense at the first days of the New Year was that working atmosphere is lively, bustling, exciting and all staffs are very happy.

Mr Doan Ngoc Anh Hoang - Deputy Managing Director of SBU cakes said: "After relaxation from Tet, after 5th January in lunar calendar, workers strictly obey to back work. Since the early year, the consumption of Cup cake, Swiss roll is better than the years before so the lines are produced continuously at full capacity. It marked their efforts to continue production, the factories’ leaders held an early-year meeting with employees, and launched the 5S production competition, production improvement, safety hygiene, safety labor in the workshops. Through the meaningful internal programs held in the past year, all employees highly appreciate the attention of leaders, as well as raise the awareness of compliance 5S, safety labor, safety on food hygiene. The collectives all together determine, try their efforts and have a sense of responsibility in production in order to bring the best products for our customers. "

Mr Nguyen Sy Huu – The group leaders in Cup Cake – SBU Cakes lines said that “ From the beginning of the year, to meet the market demand, particularly for serving the export market, two Cup Cake lines are concentrated on production continuously with three shifts that have total capacity of 22 tons per day. The production activities are exciting from the beginning of the year which is wishing a year 2010 of success of the Cup Cake line in particular and SBU cakes in general. All staffs in the factory are excited, proud of all who have contributed positively to the business operations and overall success of the company. "

Ms Le Thi Thuy Trang - HR staff of SBU cakes told that there are about 400 employees in SBU Cake production line. In this early year, there are not many changes in workers especially they still wish to work in the factory and the company. In the beginning of the year, the factory recruited more workers but it is good news because the new recruitment is primarily to increase personnel to meet production needs. "

Ms. Trinh Thi My Duyen - SBU Crackers said that "working environment in the company is stable so many workers wish to devote their abilities for the company for long time. I myself have worked in the Crackers factory for two years. All workers are concerned by the leaders. They not only held a meeting in the beginning of the year, Women’s day 8 / 3 in warm and happy atmosphere. Workers are always determined to encourage each other to complete the job, ensure product quality higher, contribute to the overall success of the company, and thereby improve the compensation and benefits of each people ".

In Cookies factory, due to specific sectors for festival after two seasons produce and serve for Lunar New Year and Moon Tet , in the early days of the new year production activities at the factory are still maintained even it is not exciting, urgent as the peak period.

In Buns factory, due to the features of fresh bread products so they started working from the 4th January in lunar calendar and officially put into operation on 5th January in order to serve consumers fresh breads which are the most delicious in New Year.

Ms. Dang Thi Tuyet Van – The group leader of finished products, fresh bread workshop - SBU Buns said "From the beginning of the year there are regularly two shifts production per day in the workshop. After Tet, a number of workers in the local provinces often come later; they also have to work overtime in other shifts to meet production needs. The works in the beginning of the year are thereby much but with the solidarity, support each other in production, everyone worked very hard because they may share their work with colleagues and have less time to reunion with the family. Many workers devoted to the company for a long time so they understand and highly appreciate their concerns, the compensation in material and spiritual life of the board of directors as well as the factory managers. That creates more motivation for people to work together, determine to produce well, contribute to the overall success of the company. "

Mr Nguyen Ha Nam – Manufacturing Director of Snack & SBU Candy: "Candy and Snack Factory started production from 9th January in lunar calendar. With the features of industry which is to serve the youth, from the beginning of the year Snack Factory produced more than New Year season. In early years, the factory managers held a formal gathering to send wishes to all workers on Tet occasion and continue to develop information on the 5S program, the objectives of the workshop activities in the year, activities improvement of each group ... Thereby, collective of workshops are committed consensus to complete the production plan, contribute to the overall success of the company.

Each workshop produces different kinds of products with the specific features on products, production processes, the peak season.... but they have common solidarity spirit and devote to the company, the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, compliance processes and regulations on labor safety, hygiene and food safety to ensure to bring quality products to customers. We believe that with clear strategic leadership of the board of directors, the determination and responsibility of the factory managers, especially the dedicated spirit, enthusiasm and unity of all workers, in 2010 it will continue the successful production year marking a proud of production team in the company's overall success.
